Returns & Refunds
We have a 15-day policy for eligible items, which means you have 15 days after receiving your order to contact us regarding a return or issue.

Because many of our products are made-to-order or personal in nature, the following items are non-returnable:

We do not accept physical returns shipped to our office.
Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@blissandbride.com
Include:

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of the item and packaging
If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
In most cases, you will not be required to return the item.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If a replacement is approved, it will be processed for you directly.
Otherwise, you may place a new order.
European Union Customers — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
However, this right does not apply to:

Refunds
